The Turnover Technician is responsible for the preparation or vacant apartments for new tenants.

Perform turnover work, including but not limited to all general repairs, debris removal, carpet removal, drywall repairs and touch-ups, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance testing and installation if needed, interior and exterior doors, tile repairs, testing of HVAC system, rodent prevention, etc.

Restoration of a rental unit to rent-ready standards as defined by the property specifications

Evaluate what is needed for repairs and stock vehicle with commonly used items

Transport materials and supplies for repair to the worksite

Report any issues to supervisor that may prevent meeting schedules and with sufficient advanced notice to permit corrective measures

Ensure that assigned service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner

Perform other duties as requested

Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D.

Minimum of 2 years experience in property maintenance or residential/commercial construction

Apartment turnover experience preferred

Preference will be given to person(s) with advanced training, education or licenses
Full-Time, 8 hours Monday-Friday. Some weekends
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
